Planning for an adventurous vacation or training for a marathon, you will need to go about it with a proper regime to raise your energy bar. Stamina is a tough thing to build but given a few helpful tips anyone can do them, whether you want to run a marathon or not.
It’s not necessarily your job, or the stress of living in this city that’s responsible for that constant body ache and a feeling of weariness. Bad lifestyle habits are known to create a sluggish environment that drag down other aspects of life with it.
Following are some tips to raise your energy bar and live a happy life. Believe me when i tell you how to raise your bar, i know you can’t build your stamina in just few days still you can use burn energy and keep your energy for later uses.
Quit on excess sugar
Sugar is anyone’s enemy and can turn your work out and loss of calories in to nothing. You don’t want to keep eating sugar and also work out and find no result. Exercising needs a revision of diet as well. For this avoid eating artificial sugars like chocolates, sweets and all of that not so healthy food but instead settle on fruits with natural sugar.
Eat smaller but consistent meals
Avoid eating big meals or you will end up feeling sluggish. Also, eating big meals can be bad for the body. Eat healthy portions or small snacks between meals and small portions at meals. This will keep healthy juices churning inside your body adding to your energy meter.
Avoid too much emotion
Keep yourself emotionally balanced. Too much anger or mood swing can be draining and will push you to eat, binge or clearly distract you and make you feel lazy. Concentration to a regime and your training is important to accomplish your goal of raising your energy bar.
Get a routine
It is important you monitor your days, a routine is must, and wake up at a certain hour and not beyond, your breakfast, your exercise routine, your diet. A routine is a check list you should go by if not compulsively but definitely follow it.
Get enough sleep
With all the hard work you are putting in to up your energy levels, make sure you get enough sleep every day. If you cannot manage to get 8 hours every day, a siesta is recommended without saying.
Visit the Doctor
Before taking on such a process of pushing yourself, visit the doctor and maybe take the advice of a nutritionist and you will know exactly what to do. The doctor will help run a few checks before you push yourself too much. People beyond a certain age should make this their priority.
A vigorous regime can be tough on health. For teenage girls also, certain exercises and diets can drastically your menses so get a check first.
Have sex
If this is an option open to you, by all meals go after it. Burn calories having sex as it is one of the healthiest exercises for any human being. Not only will it be an enjoyable task but will also serve the purpose. Though this alone will not help, this along with the above mentioned will work wonders.
